Citriodora Essential Oil is extracted from the leaves of evergreen tree o f Eucalyptus Citriodora, through steam distillation method. It is also known as ‘ lemon scented Eucalyptus ’ and belongs to the Myrtaceae family of plantae kingdom. It is native to North Australia and now wildly grown in India and Egypt. Citriodora were originally planted in barren or empty lands to increase plantation and greenery. Its wood is used for making furniture and timber. Later the leaves were used to produce oils and perfumery.
