Heeng Essential Oil is extracted from the Resin present in the Stems of the Roots of the plant, Fedrula Foetida or more commonly known as Asafoetida. It is extracted through Steam Distillation method and has a very Strong, pungent and uncomfortable smell. Asafoetida is native to Central Asia, Eastern Iran and Afghanistan, and belongs to the family of Umbellifers.
